On the one hand, I don't disagree with the premise - firewalls/spam filters/etc. are all "friction." My question is, "where do you put the friction?" The historic answer is - each entity is responsible for putting doors and "friction" at their own borders. She seems to be advocating something entirely different - and it really, really, really doesn't sound good.
